Reeve Collection Pics

I was wondering who had all the old Sebenzas.

Why did I wait until 2009 to find out about CRK's? :mad:

Yeah, I had a rediculous limit set on my bid because I didn't want to let them get away. They're the nicest pair i've seen yet from Reeve.

I've been looking for the New York Skyline Sebenza for years, so I bid really high on that one as well. That guy had some nice knives up for auction.
 
Yea he did, sucks he had to sell off his collection. We emailed back and forth a few times, he said one guy had purchased a handfull. Glad I didn't set my minimum bid too high for you to outbid me and raise the price too high. Sorry about the price on the tanto... I went crazy at the end and when bidding was done, I looked at the price and was like wtf was I thinking? I like it, but theres a time when you just have to give up. :)

This has been a tough month on the ol' bank account. I've had several saved searches in eBay for months, and all of a sudden 5 of them show up on eBay, all within a week of each other. :eek:

Gorgeous collection! I love the themes that you have going -- even your UGs are all the same hue range. Those bark ivory's are quite well matched, and the tanto series you have going there is cool as well. I take it the Umnumzaan is your EDC?

Thanks! Yep, the Umnumzaans are in my EDC rotation, as is the small African Blackwood Sebenza (it's already been through the washer once, with no harm done to it.). :D
 
I knew there were some BF folks at that auction. I only had my eye on this guy (top one)....

and i wasn't alone:rolleyes:
