i found a diagram here http://www.knifecenter.com/knifecenter/reeve/diag.html and was wondering if there was a better version of this construction diagram out there ...

I always liked that picture as well and one day actually found a packet of Chris Reeve literature at a local dealer that contained that cutaway drawing (and more!).
As a literature FREAK and a knife knut I have the packet sealed away in a zip lock baggie with my other prized literature and my CR birth certificates (Sable IV and Sebenza).
BTW, the Chris Reeve lit packet has a LOT of cool information about their products and comes in a very nicely embossed folder. Dimensions are about 8.5" x 5.5". Perhaps Anne or Chris will send you the packet if you ask nicely.
I guess that's too much information, but like I said I am a literature nut ( I also make my living as a marketing manager so that might have something to do with it...I love good graphic design and technical product information)!
