Bought a Sharpmaker 204 from an online dealer and one of the stones wasn't flat when my Dad opened it at his birthday party

I sent an email to the dealer. My question is, do online dealers usually take care of a problem like that without any hassle?

If you have a problem with the dealer, contact Spyderco customer service. They are great to deal with.
