Regret

Traded a Socom Elite that I had made stingray grip inserts for. Traded it for a William Henry EDC and regretted it almost immediately. Still regret it.

Any pictures of said Socom? I'm a sucker for ray skin and that sounds really cool. I think there was a very limited run from MT that did have ray skin inserts, I've always drooled over them.

I felt regret after selling my first Gayle Bradley. It is such a good knife. I can't remember why I let it go.

I was going through an orange kick. They weren't perfect but you had to look for the flaws. There's a learning curve to working with rayskin. I sure do miss that knife... A local shop has a couple Socoms that he had rayskin made for and they're absolutely gorgeous.

The only knife I ever regretted getting Immediately was the Lrg Regular Sebenza near its end of production. The edge was absolutely uneven and totally dull. The lock up was good . But was 100% out of the box. And the handle was used looking. I felt like I was ripped off. But luckily the regular was in high demand so I sold it that week for no loss.
