Regretting selling my first Busse

So in a moment of weakness a year ago, I sold my first Busse. It was a Boss Jack with orange and black handles and came with an orange and brown kydex sheath. Has anyone else regretted selling a knife and try to get theirs back? I've actually seen mine up for sale here since selling.

Best way to rebound is buy a couple more.

I've sold many more than I've kept over the years, and can honestly say the ones I have now are better by far, for my needs, than any I've passed along. But I never sold my first, a smooth-coat Basic 5 I bought direct from Busse off an ad in Blade Magazine in the late 1990's. It rides on my belt or in my pack as often now as when I bought it--just a superb blade. If I ever sold this one, I know I'd regret it:

Sold my 1st- SHSH2 but don't really miss it.
Sold my 2nd one- One of the first 100 SHBM EVER. Long story short, thanks to a few of the OLD Hogs, it came back to me at a INFI 1500 a few years later. I wrote about it here a while back.

I have only ever sold the one... it was not my first (that was a B6 that I still have) but I do retain visitation rights ...LOL
 
My first was an ERGO SH-e. Sold it a couple years ago, regretted it for a while but have moved on to what I feel is better. The TG-Satin Sabre!!!

Not sure when - if even in years - I will be able to buy another Busse, but I would never part with my first one, TGLB. MY PRECIOUSSSSS!
 
One of these fine days, ALL of us will be forced to relinquish our troves of iron goods. We are only stewards for a finite period.
 
My first is a game warden that I still have. It took so long to get it I'm not giving it up. Plus it's beat up so I doubt anyone would want it
