Regretting selling my first Busse

Oh dang. I don't get sentimental. My first was a E-series SH. A good knife, but I hated the look of the handles. Black micarta in the quilted pattern looks awful. (But feels great - I was stupid.)

Do I miss it? Nah.

My second - I still own. (Snake AD) And my 3rd. (Black/black Hell Razor) 4th was a black micarta GW. Gone! Other than that, I couldn't tell you. I still own my last one. LOL
 
I have only 2. I will keep them and buy more. It is just hard to buy Busse in Canada because there is no local dealer. I tried to buy one from a forum member in US. For some reason the seller did not ship two weeks after I made payment. I even agreed to pay 8% Paypal fee! I got my money back by Paypal.

I have sold a LE#13 MUCK!

But honestly, I miss my first the most. A customized FBMLE. Custom clip and handle smoothed and contoured by Bill Siegle.

It was a lovely beast! I still miss it.

I am down to one KZII, and a Rattlehawk!
 
Hey that knife looks familiar :/... I had the same knife color/sheath combo but she's a stripper now and a beautiful one at that :). This is what she looks like know.

Yes, I've regretted selling my .27 fbm. Emailed the buyer and offered to buy it back :D. Crazy I know, who would sell a knife like that I totally don't blame him :).

Still have my first Busse - it's either the Lep Warden in my Avatar picture or my Game Warden LE, they were purchased close together a good while ago. . .

But I really regret selling my Sus Scrofa LE #13 to knife hunter a few years ago (T's has since passed it on, I understand). If anyone has it or Sus Scrofa LE #94, PM me, please.

I just sold the first Busse Kin knife I ever bought--a sage-bladed RMD with tan handle that came directly from the Swamp. It felt great in hand, but I later got a custom shop satin RMD and recently bought an Infidu so I decided to let it go out into the world. As Garth said, no regrets. Just a little nostalgia. But I still have my first (and still favorite) actual Busse--a Boss Street Proto. Love everything about that knife!

Yeah, I think it is Al, if it's the one I got from you. I have some original pics I'll have to dig up. Email if you're interested in trading or buying it back. As much as I'd hate to see her go I'd be happy she'd be in good hands.

Probably is. I sold it to Al. I don't suppose you have the kydex sheath as well?

If you're using it, then its all good. Just let me know if you decide to get rid of it. Part of my draw to it were the character marks on the finish. If you were wondering what they were from, some of them were from trimming gutters. :D

Haha nice! It's always nice to know the history. Wish I could say the same for some of my mistresses (fbms :D). Lol. You're blade has changed just a bit ;).
