I convexed the edge on my 0551 but it's still a bit too thick. I'm looking for a new grind that remains a bit heavy duty (I'm not looking for a super slicer, just a better slicer) but thins down nicely at the cutting edge.
If somebody could do a full height convex grind with a thinner edge that would be awesome!
