Rehandling

I have 4 axe heads and a Norlund hatchet that need handles and I just can't get the job done. I have ruined a handle for the Norlund already and I don't want to waste more money jacking up more handles (especially since it's so hard to find a decent one anywhere).

Is there anyone out there who rehandles these things? I tried to contact "Highland Vintage Axe Works" who seemed to be able to do it but I have not gotten an answer.

I would rather just spend the cash to get the job done right instead of losing it by buying handles and ruining them.

Help?

I don't know. I have done my own axes and you have to go slow. Try to fit the head a little at a time, it's kind of a pain.
