REI Explorer hats, reviews please

I noticed the Explorer hats when I was in REI the other day and liked them. I'm wondering how the hold up and if they are hot (I didn't see any vents on them). What has your experience been with them?

I have one. It's very well made. It'll soak through in steady rain. Ventilation is so-so, since it has only a couple of vents. It's basically like a less expensive Tilley hat. It even has a pocket in the crown, like a Tilley.

I like mine.
