Like is an understatement!

For such a small knife, the handle is incredibly comfortable! You did a bang-up job when you scaled the Embers.

I'm think I'm going to have to break down and pick up a 2.5 now too, lol. I think it would make a nice little fishing knife!

For anyone looking for some size comparisons between the 3.5, 3.0 sheep’s foot, and the 2.5. Here they are next to a few popular folders. The 3.5 and 2.5 are OD green micarta and the 3.0 is the OD green burlap. The 3.5 was my go to bird knife last season. It did very well and magnacut is perfect for what I put it through. I’m impressed with the subtle changes Josh has made with each release. The jimping has gotten more aggressive, the handles have gotten a bit thicker, and the hardware is beefier. I also much prefer torx to hex.

Thanks for the comparison photos. The 3.0 next to the Benchmade helped me out. I’ll need to snag a 3.5 at some point as well.

I thought they were and scrolled back a few pages and didn’t see anything and other than the REK on the knife I didn’t see any other markings.

Yep they are all magnacut... Steel type and serial number are laser engraved on the tang under the scales
