It's a process... I've got the blades ground and tumbled, should be making sheaths soon (still trying to figure that out with a vacuum press and router). Just found out today that current composites shipped my scale guy undersized sheets so I'm going to have to have that material sent back and remade 🤦🏻‍♂️
