You have to go into your control panel to change your membership settings.

Do you charge set-up fees and can you work off of drawings or do designs need to come to you in CAD or another format?

Thanks for the account set up tip, I just changed it. I'm not very familiar with the site yet and appreciate you help. By accident I did my 1st posting on GLWJ forum which went over like a lead balloon.

I charge but the job as most of what I do is made to customers specifications. I can work from drawings or cad. We can scan and convert raster drawing to dxf when necessary. I do prefer 1:1 scale DXF CAD when possible as it eliminated any chance of mis-interpretation of the design. On questionable design I can provide a blank from low carbon steel for 1st piecs approval.
My normal turn around is 1-3 days but I work on a first in, first out basis but rush orders are becoming more normal as everyone is in a hurry up mode any more.

Along with the waterjet I can also provide laser cutting too.
