1) BM Limited Edition Griptillian in M4 steel 551BK-1303 (#274 of 300). Carried a couple times by me, maybe opened some mail, I don't think the prior owner used it. NOTE: the lock-up is solid but as you can see from the spine pic, the axis lock-bar rises a teensy but higher on one side than the other. I was going to try to mess with it but I leave that decision up to the next owner. $140 Comes with box & black BM sock & BM tag
2) this one is >> NOW SOLD <<
interesting, it's a BM Adamas I bought well-used to modify, which I did as follows:
(a) give it a totally-unlicensed Emerson-style "wave," which works great - I also rounded the wave so it won't shred pockets, and used etchant on the spine so it's gun-metal gray. Note that for the wave to work I had to grind down the thumbstuds so they are no longer round but they feel and work fine.
(b) I ground down the handle protrusions/guards at the hilt and the pommel to make it a slightly smaller knife while not compromising grip security -- but it's still freaking huge in the pocket. I etched the exposed steel to grey it a bit, and had to remove the coyote paint from some parts of the handle; it comes off easily so you can modify where you want coyote vs black if the current look doesn't impress.
(c) the action was a little stiff so I took it apart, cleaned/lubed/reassembled and now it is smooth and has 100% lock-up. I cleaned up the edge so it shaves arm hair but it's not hair-popping sharp.
This is a using knife not a safe queen - a happy ugly brawny beast -- the person who wants this wants exactly this, a waved axis folding brute -- asking $110 (comes with box & sheath)
