Up for sale today is my Case Peanut. Most of this verbiage is from the previous owner. I did not use this knife. I only put her up on a pedestal and admirered her.

This girl is a classic, model 5120 SSP. It bears 'CASEXX - **SS** - USA' on one side of the tang and '5120 - SSP' on the other. From what I can determine this knife was made in the early 1980's. I am not the original owner. I see no cracks at all in the stag handles, which have a beautiful pattern. The knife has brass liners. The blade is a very usable clip point with a subtle swedge. I have only carried it a handful of times in the years I've owned it. It has good snap open and closed. There's a heck of a lot of knife left here. I call this a gentleman's knife. You can carry her to work and not freak everybody out. :)

Price for the knife is $50. in the form of a Postal MO only in the conus please. I do not have a paypal account.

I may be up for a trade. You'll just have to try me. I'm a 61 y/o hillbilly from WV and I've been thru a heck of a lot of knives so don't get mad if I say no thank you.

Thank you for looking!

Could you do a pic of the knife from the top/bottom so I can get a better idea of the figure of the stag?

Thank you.

Thanks Planterz. I hate to say this, but if you search this sale area for a Case Peanut and look for whom I bought her from, Callahan, than ol boy has far better pics than I could ever dream of taking. Ed, please forgive me.
