I'm relisting this special knife for sale at a great cash discount - $1,350!!! SOLD. Life changes continue for me and I'm shifting out of some more valuable pieces to pay some bills. This great piece of Chris Reeve knife history needs to go to the right person - hopefully here on Bladeforums. It was previously marked at $1,600,which was itself a nice discount from the $1,750 they sold for in 2008. There is a nice article in the November issue of Blade Magazine about Chris' induction into their Cutlery Hall of Fame, and this knife is referenced.
I'll ship to our friends in Canada too but we'll have to talk about upgraded shipping fees. I will need to add a bit if you want to go PP, but we can talk about that.
I'm including a custom take-down tool from our BF friend Bhyde, and a CRK microfiber cloth along with the original box, certificate, and paperwork. I'll throw in a $25 leather slip sheath with the knife as a freebie.
As before, trades can be discussed for other high quality knives.
PM or EMail me if you have any questions.
Thanks all.
Steve
Lock face. Notice the grooves extending onto the lock tab. This is unique to the Prototypes.
Dead centered as you would expect
In hand
Lockup showing the "hidden" ceramic ball in the frame intended to prevent overextending the lock tab - also unique to the Prototypes.
