This one will work equally well as a dressier large EDC, or capable food prep knife. Hand filling, comfortable bocote handle, blue G0 liners, and choice of sheath. For those unfamiliar with 15N20, it is a fine grained, tough and easy to sharpen steel that takes a screaming sharp edge with little effort, and holds it on par with, if not better than other high carbon steels such as 1080, 5160, 1095, 1084, etc. A search on the forum will reveal that it is well regarded by makers and users alike.

Specs
Steel: 3/32" 15N20

Geometry: Full flat (or very slight convex), 15° per side, 20° micro, near zero grind with ~.0010" behind the edge

Overall Length: 8 3/4"
Cutting Edge Length: 4 3/4"

Weight: 5.1 oz

Handle: Mexican bocote with blue G10 liners and mosaic pins

Thanks for looking!
