This is not a Parnis watch. It’s a hand wind automatic watch (not sure of the exact movement)with screw down crown, saphire crystal, 44mm case, Greg Stevens Design (GSD) hand stitched black leather watch band with white stitching and black buckle.

There is a small nick on the case opposite side of the crown (as shown in picture 3) as well as a small amount of your standard desk marks from wearing the watch.

$300 or best reasonable offer. All payments to be made via PayPal Goods & Services. I’m also open to a Money Order or Cashiers Check, however wouldn’t ship until after the funds have cleared. I typically ship USPS Priority within 24-hours if receiving payment. No International shipments.

Sorry, I'm ignorant of this term in watch circles (and I own an Omega and Breitling, so I have some experience with higher end timepieces): "Homage". Is this a euphemism for "unstamped copy"?

Basically it's a dedication watch made to look like a Panerai. If you have any other questions please feel free to PM me. I own several high end watches too
