I think that what joeradza was referring to is, that according to the Forum Rules "Insurance is the responsibility of the SELLER not the Buyer. This is for your protection" therefore you as the Seller are responsible until the package is delivered to its final destination.

Much appreciate everyone's input on my *disclaimer.*

At the same time, I would appreciate it if comments are directed to me over a PM (some have already) instead of trashing a sales thread.

With that said, my disclaimer doesn't say anything about insurance. It is meant to communicate to the buyer of my capacity as a seller, regardless of insurance. Once an interested party have contacted me, I have worked out a deal with them numerous times over the years. I have worked out good terms with the buyer/seller even in the events of mishaps (such as lost packages or damages, albeit rare), and I think my ratings reflect that.
