Is the lume all the same color? I have an older Luminox where its all green, and a newer one where the 2nd hand and 12 o'clock index are orange, while the rest are green - which looks like it could be the case here?

Also, how old is it? Tritium lasts 25 years but I've found it dims pretty significantly after 10 or 12 years or so.
 
This one I just got around April of this year, so it's relatively new, looks new too.

And here's what the indicators look like, as this isn't a dive watch, it's more of a gentleman's style watch so there isn't a rotating bezel, image was borrowed but shows how the layout is with the Tritium

Just under that, it is 43mm and the strap is 23mm and case thickness is 13mm
it's a nice gentlemen's type style watch.
