Is it safe for me to use Rem Oil on my knife blades? I can't see that it would be a problem but I just wanted to make sure.

Yeah, iv used it. But I wouldnt use it for food prep (I have by mistake and you can definetly taste it in the food..).

Mineral oil is safe for food prep though from what I hear
