Remember the fitness challenge?

I need a motivator, I was never very good at self-motivation. Once there I have no problem pushing the limits, its just getting there.

I never joined the chalenge, but i was getting low in wieght the last few years. I am happy to say I am back up with the good kind of weight, 235 :D.

Happy to hear about all your sucesses.

Wow, that fitness challenge seems like it was years ago, even though it wasn't. That's great to hear that many of have continued to keep up you success and even improve even more! LK, that's great to hear that you found a long term approach diet that works for you, keeping it going for that long is tough for most people. Katie and Mike, that's great to hear! Tersfeld, 150 lbs is an incredible amount to lose on diet and exercise alone!!! Great job!

Thanks brother! Took about a year and a half. was recently re-employed, so I have to work off some of the Unemployment weight now:o

I transferred in Aug. Was bouncing between 210 and 200. Transfer involves walking 5-10 miles a day or so. All outdoors, and lately in some hellish snow. I'm rocking about 170 right now, and the GF doesnt might seeing me naked anymore.

Here's me a carrying a spare load. Gotta get some current shots, don't have any aside from from shots wearing jeans and a jacket.

I'm still at my goal weight a year later! 135/140. My pants size is down to the same size as my pre pregnancy (from my 1st!). When all was said and done I dropped 4 pants sizes. It was VERY worth it
I meant to say this in the other post already ...
congrats, 4 pant sizes is great! And even better to stay lean!

@crowdog: seeing the answers here, I'd say this challenge was a huge success over all.

I agree totally. I tried digging up the old thread but was unable to find it, it may have been deleted. There was a lot of great resource material in there. If you guys need any advice or help regarding dieting, or exercise I first suggest researching and finding the info on your own from one of the many great sites available like Bodybuilding.com or Fitday.com, but if you need to talk to someone real or just get a kick in the ass, feel free to post up questions. I will answer them as I am able and Shotty will probably have the right size boot for ass kicking, although there is no shortage of smart motivating cats on here who will hopefully chime in.
