Remember when?

Personally, I miss "the hunt". :(

INFI is so plentiful now that I've even thought about packing up one
of my own knives and dropping a nuclear payload somewhere in the
New England area just to bring back a little of what Busse used to be about.

Explosive growth is not easy to deal with...
I'm sure Jerry has his hands... errrrr.... hooves full trying to walk
that line of supply and demand. Trying to keep enough out there to satisfy
the hungry hogs, just enough to keep the flippers from stealing the cash out
of his pocket... while not putting soooo much out there that he has to hold
them for years in order to sell them.

From what I've seen, this is not an easy group to keep satisfied...
when you see posts like "Jerry, why can't I just buy the knife I want...
I don't want to have to search forever" to posts like "slow down...
too much INFI, you're killing the market" I'm sure there are times he
feels like there is no satisfying this group.

The one thing I do wish for... a little more balance between custom shop
orders and ganza offerings. I do get a lil' WTF going on when I see a ganza
blade similar to one I have had on order with the custom shop for over
9 months. :rolleyes: So, I'm guilty of it myself. :o

So to Jerry I say this.... keep on doing what you do best!
Keep on making those nuclear tough, virtually indestrutable sharp
pointy things we all love so much!

Yeah, when I got here it was almost impossible to snag a GW from BCS, and not easy to get one on the exchange. Now I've seen many under cost on exchange.

Man has time changed fast, PLENTY of Busse's being made today.

I for one miss the old days when you had to look for a Busse. For some reason that made me want them more.

I remember the old days of Busse adds in the mags, and me looking at them, and thinking I would never pay that much for a knife. HA, I have an AA, FBM Bowie, (3) HOGFSHs, (3) FFBMs, on and on. If I had just put the beer glass down when Jerry started selling. KICK ME!!!

If you ever got around to burying some in New England, I will surly go check on them for you.
