It was a true pleasure and honor to work on this knife. Projects like this are what keep things fresh and enjoyable for me, and keep me focused and engaged on what's important in life. That a knife can have a personal connection to a friend or family member, living or lost, is an amazing thing, and it humbles me that I get to work on them.

Wow Ron I know Bob would be very pleased. Bob had a real passion for knifes and loved to mod them particularly blade shapes. IMO Glenn is the finest knife mod guy around. Bob was a good friend and I miss our chats Glenn is as fine a man as I've met in the knife world he's done several knives for me and once he did something for me I couldn't believe the generosity. glennbad if you read this you know what I'm talking about and thank you again.
One last thing Ron I miss the chats you Half/Stop , Duncan Campbellclanman , paulhilborn and Jack mrknife had we need to take on a new project.

I didn't know Bob much, but what a memorial post to our friends. Rendezvous's won't be the same without Ron. It's been five years since Ron gifted me these and paulhilborn gave me the Lockwood farmer jack. What a great time with friends at that Rendezvous.

The 2017 Rendezvous was the first one of three for me and I agree that it was a great one for me too Jack . To meet so many Forum Members there was just great . All of the great knives from so many people was just second best to remember .
