Shield and blade say Remington UMC, made in the USA, both blades lock, Delrin scales. About 3" closed, one clip blade and one serrated blade, great condition, no dings or rust. $25 shipped in the US

Invoice, it does have a bit of blade play, not bad, but it's there.
