Yes and its 1995 pristine .
The grind is astounding.
Pic in the morning:)

Charlie, what do you call that R100B . . . a CattleTrapper??? I've never before seen a cattle knife on a trapper frame.

I don't know!?! Ron Stewart calls it a "stock" in his book, but he doesn't elaborate.
We could make one up!:)

Anyone know more?

. I get the choke wrench, but what is the spike looking thing used for?
The only information that I have, is that it is a shotgun pin removal tool. My guess would be a pin
that would allow further dis-assembly in the field for cleaning or replacing a damaged part ?

That would absolutely make sense taking an 870, 1100 or 1187 apart. The pins in the receiver have a little dimple on the ends of them.

No waiting list, just wrap them in a blanket and leave them on the doorstep! :D Through love and care, many can be rehabilitated at R8shell's Home For Old And Wayward Knives. For example: Harness Jacks are hard to find, but once a pen blade has been worn down to a narrow point it can work as an awl.:thumbsup:
Hello r8shell. The other day I found myself chuckling at this post between you and Charlie. I agree with him that it's great to see you getting good use out of old traditionals someone else has probably given up on long ago. That got me thinking about 2 old slippys I had bought from a Dealer a few months back that weren't in quite as good a condition as I'd hoped. One has a large crack on one of the bone covers(witch is a shame because the handles are great otherwise) and the other had a complete pice of the bone cover crack and break off. I do still have the pice and it'll fit back on perfectly for someone with more ability then me lol. So as you have probably guessed I'd like to offer you these 2 knives if your interested. Free of charge of course. The only thing is I'll need to wait till the first to get the money to ship them out to you. I took a couple quick pictures to show you the knives I'll add them at the bottom of my post. One is a ULSTER Congress I believe and the other a IMPERIAL E.O. JACK that I believe was used in WW2 ? I'm sure you will know a he'll of alot more about them then I do.:D Just let me know if these are something you would like. If not I understand. Thank you. Trevor :D
