Remote Release Peoblems

Did anyone ever look into the problems that others as well as myself have had with RR's?
Problem 1) Release spring too weak, causing lost knives, etc.
Problem 2) Handle seperation (design fault?) in the area of gromet hole.

Dan - The release spring strength is being addressed now. We've had several complaints on this.

The splitting of the scale was a mfg error that we believe is solved. If you have one with this problem, you might consider sending it back. The problem was the adhesive.
