Just met with Brent again today. Last time I saw him was maybe two years ago. He showed me a knife that looks a lot like yours, and I showed him my SCHRADE PH1 which he said is actually a SCHRADE Lovelace. He said they just quit putting the Lovelace name on it. ;)
Back on topic, Brent's knife felt real good in hand, and he said he uses ATS-34 steel, hardened to about 60 Rockwell.

Yeah I met him yesterday and he told me the same. Heck of a nice guy. Talked with him for a while.
Funny thing is that I had just removed that knife a day ago and then met him.
Decided I liked that knife way to much to let it go. Glad I kept it.
