"Aussie humour." Or having fun seeing how close to Sassin' the Mods you can get without adverse effect.

I suspect that "Sassin" is pretty close to our "taking the piss". I you mistake my open and direct style for that, then it's unfortunate. Nor do I believe Larry303's comments were in any way directed at anyone other than me.

Some use courtesy instead.

I didn't come here for laughs, I came to see about a reported violation of the rules. I handled it as calmly as possible, without applying the Warning/Infraction system.

If you were operating on the basis of another persons complaint, I am bemused. Because being the object of the post, I think I am the only one who had the right to make such a complaint.

I am pretty sure that being a Mod is not an easy job and keeps you on your toes and that you have received a fair bit of Flak for it over the years. Be assured that this hasn't happened here. If you think it has, perhaps you should PM anyone you suspect and try and get it resolved.
