This knife was designed to handle all bushcraft needs including food preparation, batoning, shelter building, fuzz stick making, skinning, dressing and so on. The O1 steel insures that it will be durable and tough and hold a good edge. The scandi grind is a robust edge that doesn't easily dull. The G10 handles scales are durable and the orange color insures visibility if you drop the knife in the woods or in low light conditions.
I have never used this knife it has just sat in the box in my safe (hence the decision to pass it along). I am the second owner and I do not know if the previous owner used it or not, but based on the condition I would guess not.
It comes with everything you see pictured including a very nice (and secure) dangler sheath with a firesteel loop, a fantastic, never used exotac nano-striker, the original box for both knife and striker and even the paper sleeve that the blade originally came in.
I'm asking 275 dollars for this knife shipped including paypal fees, which is around 60 dollars cheaper than new.
