qq, from the pic that shows the centering, it seems the milling/contouring is not the same, and the show side got more contouring. Is that right?

I’ve attached two more pics showing the contouring, it’s pretty even. The pic you’re referring to, shows the corner of the butt of the handles having uneven chamfering. I didn’t notice that until you mentioned it. That corner is the only edge where that occurs.
