If this was intended at me....I was interested in the McGinnis, and I checked back, it was gone. I'm a very busy individual. I check back when possible, at all times. The offer wasn't intended for the burchtree, and since you've moved the other I assumed the deal was off the table. Sorry for the inconvenience or maybe the misunderstanding(?), not sure on that front. If it was intended for me, I apologize.
