Yes but it could be fake. The box and sheath are definitely not benchmade for sure.

Definitely NOT fake (nice try, though!). My friend has one, as well, and it looks exactly this same (including the sheath, box and clip). See attached pic, from an authorized Benchmade dealer and please refrain from polluting my for sale thread. Thank you.
