i have some scratches on my delica's blade from a sharpening incident. LOL Any was to make these less noticeable without scratching the rest of the blade?

im afraid not,
i would say don't worry about it, if its a user, it will eventually get more scratches, and those give character to a knife, a reminder of things, even of mistakes

Put some deeper scratches on the knife, it will make the existing ones fade away. A knife is a tool, not a museum piece. Especially a Delica. There are more out there if you decided you needed to own another.

Put some scratches on the other side of the blade in the exact spot. It'll at least look symmetrical- like you meant to do that :D

Seriously though- As tony said unless you wanna refinish the whole blade, consider it a scratch of character!

nope, but just look at it as adding some character to the blade. i think a knife looks better after its been used and has scratches, but thats just my $0.02

You can hand sand them out.Start with 400 grit wet dry, follow the grind lines with progressively finer sandpaper untill you get the finish you like.I dont like scratched up steel either.
