Yep..its new..used it once..comes with a padded shoulder strap. and the foam except for one piece that I plucked out but can probably cram in another mis shpped piece you can cut up when you get it...
Four double hinge hasps plus a combo lock I never set ( set to 000) and steel padlock grommets..padded handle....dimensions I ripped off pelicans web site..
