Repair on CC L-36 Folder

Does anyone know someone who could repair a Chicago Cutlery folding knife L-36? CC no longer makes it so they will not repair it. It doesn't lock open - I think the spring rod is broken

I am sorry I did not get one of those Chicage Cutlery knives when they were in production. Now Chicago Cutlery is made in China.
