I have posted this in the traditional folder section, but thought I'd find some advice here too.
I bought a Camillus tang stamped 1959, U.S. marked stainless steel folder, with bail, at a gun show yesterday. It was in the best condition of any other I've seen in years. While lubricating the joint/spring for storage, the can opener/bottle opener joint cracked in two. Camillus is effectively out of business, closing their doors Wednesday March 14, so a factory repair, even if that would have been possible, is now definitely impossible.
Can someone recommend a repair source? I know the knife is nothing special, but I like it.
Thanks!
