Repair turn around time?

Just thought I'd ask those who might know, what the average turn around time is for a knife sent back to Camillus?

My Dominator has been gone for a few weeks, and I aven't received a response (via email) from Customer Service...

Dano,
I just called customer service, and your knife shipped out on the way back to you on 9/17. Considering ground UPS from NY to CA, you should get it today or tomorrow. Sorry for the problems, but we got it turned around ASAP, as we only had the knife about a week.

Thanks, Will, not a big problem, just curiosity, and a work schedule that prohibits a business-hour phone call.
