Repairing and Tuning Up BM 710

I went to OKC to visit family for the 4th, and happened upon a new Spyderco Military, and a used 710. There's nasty bits inside the handle, rusty portions, the handle scales are beat up, missing the clip, and the blades pretty dull. I'd like to take it completely apart, degrease, oil, and get it back together. I can handle the sharpening, but not sure about taking apart the knife. I'm also not sure about how to get the rust off. Where would I find replacement handles, and a new clip. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, and hope y'all had a safe 4th.
