replace my mini grip!

If you want something different, try the Spyderco Techno. New is out of your price range, but you can find used ones for less than your budget.
 
It's not the most giant-hand friendly 3" knife, but check out the 3" Recon, possibly the 3" Voyager as well (never handled one, the large is a little short in that regard, love my XL though!).
 
+1 for the Techno. Amazing knife. I gave the first Techno I bought to my Father as a gift and I missed it so much that I got another Techno. I have to admit that the mini grip is an incredible knife as well, the first BM I purchased, and still one of my favorites. Good luck in your search!
 
Welp I narrowed it down. Mini grip scales, sheepsfoot mini grip, or mini-ritter. So at the end of all that im still choosing a minigrip to replace my mini grip hahah

You can't go wrong with any of them, personally I'd go with the 555 (regular mini, sheepsfoot) because [to me anyway] it offers the best performance/price but it money weren't a factor all 3 options are excelent, I'd probabily choose the Ritter so you still had your original mini-grip around.
