Replace Watch with Horological Machine?

I had a cheapie watch replica of old mechanicals(Early 20-40's maybe) that had a metal shutter type cover that flipped up, ot could be read through it. Would like to get one of those.

I also refuse to pay over 100 for a battery powered watch.
