Apparently this one has.....https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/classic-sebenza-micarta.1790273/

If its the knife I'm looking at in the for sale area, it looks like its had very little use and is no where near worn out. Why worry about replacing that blade? When I think worn out I think of the all the old farmer knives with their blades sharpened down to toothpicks.

I agree. The knife in those photos has plenty of life left.

Wow, so the OP wants to replace the blade and asks what he will do with just a used handle but posts this up for sale as good condition and no issues with a price tag of $675. Sounds like a stand up guy.

S Sidehill Gouger and rhino rhino , look at the sale pictures and then look at pics of a new small Sebenza. Look at the plunge grind area and compare how much of the heel of the blade has been sharpened away, it’s quite a bit! Way more than just a simple sharpening job.

This is wild!

For those of you quoting the knife I have up for sale, I am not the original owner.

More pertinent info that the sale could use lol.
No dog in this fight, but the handle looks very unused compared to the blade - especially given the year of production. Looking at the plunge, it just looks like someone botched the sharpening.

just b/c you are not the original owner doesn’t mean you should not include full details. I you damn well this is a very heavily used knife or one that the sharpening was botched on. You are still choosing not to include that info.
