I don't believe that to be an option with the software.

In the admin control panel, pull up her user profile, and change her User Title to something like "Retired" and change Custom User Title to "yes, admin set". This will override any usergroup user title.

Another option is to go into the vbulletin admin control panel, and create another usergroup with the same permissions as the BANNED group. Put something nice like "Retired" in the Title and User Title fields of the usergroup. Make that her primary and/or only usergroup.

Nice work BlackOpsSec.

Option 1 works.

First ban the user to lock the account and then change "User Title" to like "Closed Account" and below it for "Custom User Title" choose "Yes, admin set (HTML allowed)".

Other mods, like RevDevil, rycen, Karda, Morrow, etc pop in at times so I don't see the point.

While true, you won't see "red" mods from other forums doing much "moderating" in this or any other manufacturer's forum. The company decides who moderates their forum. The blue "super" mods should only be intervening when a situation needs to be dealt with quickly or there is a major rules violation (trolling, spam, threats, insults etc). We shouldn't be establishing the culture or tone of the specific manufacturer forum. The company mods are responsible for that and we are always here to back them up if need be. We specialize in trash removal. ;)

I wonder when jimmer is going to chime in....also it's a miracle that mark wasn't a troll with a user name like that:p

Actually Esav told me, that he almost banned me, when he first saw my name.

Glade he didn't :p

This is true by the way. Some usernames are banned right from the start because of the stated or implied meaning.

Good question....hmmmm.

Haha, that's funny.
