Recommendation? Replacement pins/screws for TAK-1

I recently got myself a TAK-1 and decided to turn it into a traditional-looking knife with wood scales, a light patina, and a leather sheath. Right as soon as I got the knife I immediately unscrewed the handle and sanded off the entire knife, gave it a few hour long vinegar bath, and put the scales back on. However, due to pure stupidity I somehow striped all six screwheads . Now, I can remove them now, but it's gonna be permanent. I was thinking, however, that Brass pins would look good with the wood grips, but to do that I need to know the diameter of the holes in the tang, so if anyone can measure them for me that would be great.
