Replacement sheath needed - Case Small Slab Side Hunter

Hey guys - I know there is a wealth of information here, so I'll ask for help.

I've had a Case Small Slab Side Hunter with a 3 1/2 inch clip point blade since my honeymoon 12 years ago. This knife has some sentimental value to me, but it's not a safe queen - I use it for hunting. However, the sheath has always been terrible for it. The snap/strap was too big for it from the factory, and does not hold the knife securely. It snaps off to one side, and does not keep the knife in the sheath well at all.

Is there anywhere that I can get a decent leather sheath (pre-made), or have someone make one at a decent price? Overall length is about 7" inches, pommel to tip. I've looked on Case's website, and it doesn't seem to be offered.
