replacement stainless scale hardware question

What type of stainless bolts/nuts are you guys using to replace the stock hardware? I need to know size and length. Thanks in advance!

Socket Head Cap Screws

Large scales: 10-24, 5/8" length

Tweener scales: 8-32, 1/2"

BK-14 scales: 6-32, 3/8"
 
The 3/4" are all I could find around here, so I have to cut most of mine to fit, although that does allow me to dial in the length for the screws to make it into the nylon locking nuts better. On the fullsize Beckers anyways.
 
I ended up getting 3/4 inch length 10-24's for my BK2. Couldn't find 5/8's. I used nylon lock washers which worked better with the 3/4's. The BK2 is wearing micarta scales. Thanks for the help guys!
 
The BK14 screws should be added to the Screws + Nuts == Fasteners section of the blade database.

Last week I bought the SS hardware for both my 2 and 16 but found the nylon lock nuts were to big for the stock scales. Any advice on getting the lock nuts to fit the tweener stock scales or do I need to find replacement scales?
