Replacement Thumb Studs

Where can I find some replacement thumbstuds for a custom folder. This would be a double thumbstud that screws togeather. i currently have a custom by Andre de'Villers and the thumbstud on the side opposite the pocket clip snags on my pocket and causes the knife to open when I put it in my pocket, also making it hard to pull out of my pocket. Any help would be appreciated.
