replacement thumbstud?

Hello.

I could use some help in acquiring something, and I figured you all might be able to help.

I just purchased a wonderful Lone Wolf Tighe Tac, but the thumbstud is a really crappy design. It hurts the thumb to open it and it's really hard to get it engaged.

Could anyone offer some suggestions as to where I could get a replacement thumbstud? This one screws in from the back and is not recessed on the side of the stud, it just sits flush.
