Hi everybody,
I'm REposting this little beauty, because if anyone has any doubts, now is the time!
This little one is extremely comfortable, light, useful and agile. Made with 52100 steel, it will serve its purpose perfectly.
According to the Mr. Thomas (KSN) tests and chart, it was 59HRC, but I didn't do any machine testing, although it turned out excellent and bench tests suggest I met the standard.
The bolsters were locked with two SS pins, going through, but hammered to the point of disappearing. The alignments with the tang were also very well done, notice in the photo that you can only see the difference in the color of the steels.
Finally, the most elegant of Brazilian woods in the handle, Imbuia - Brazilian Walnut - Ocotea porosa, a walnut that always surprises with its burls and veins.
Finger grip on spine, 30 lines/inch file.
Paracord lanyard cames with bead made of the same wood, with SS tubes (on the scale and inside the bead).
Anyway, my friends, the photos speak and I was very proud of this piece. The price is more than fair.
Say "I'll take it" and it will be sent the same day (or max the next one).
Curiosity: Last week I sent two pieces from Brazil to the US and it took 3 days to arrive, so rest assured that FedEx hasn't let us down yet.

Steel: 52100
OAL: 20.0cm
