I present to you the Macellaio knife, the Butcher knife from Fiori Knives.
This tool is made of Go-mai steel (1070 carbon steel and 420 stainless steel), has a 10-inch blade, 55 millimeters in its widest width and 3.5 millimeters in thickness.
Stabilized maple burl grip, leather sheath.
The Macellaio is a knife developed for both professional roasters and butchers, as well as amateur roasters.
Its aggressive wire geometry and curved shape allow for perfect movement with agility and precise cutting!
