Beauty!! And what seems a super price on a baby chef knife that looks mighty handy for kitchen duty.

What is the grind on the blade? To me, pics show a flat grind with convex down to the edge. TIA.

Thank you! You got it! I went for a flat grind before heat treat, then with hand sanding and the last little bit of grinding It ends up slightly convex with a very small secondary edge thats doesnt show up well in the pictures. I found its still pretty slicy, but doesn't chip easily either.
